In Germany, we have
- a network of around 5000 freelance interviewers in the quantitative sector spread throughout the country
- a team of 150 professional interviewers and moderators in the qualitative sector
- supervisors deployed in the various regions
We also co-operate with companies conducting hall/mall tests in other cities or organize research on the spot. Intensive training is a matter of course, both for new interviewers and existing staff, as it enables us to maintain top quality standards.
Our training activities include
- test interviews, intensive introductory training and regular top-up courses later
- written, telephone or personal guidance on all projects
- intensive back-up support for interviewers and painstaking checks on interviews
